A workshop for Mothers & Daughters (age 8 - 13)
Mothers play the greatest role in their daughters development of self identity. Our True You workshop for mothers and daughters is fun and interactive, creating a space to explore emotional awareness and understanding. Activities are designed to strengthen the relationship and communication between mother and daughter, and encourage critical thinking in regards to media and self image.
